What Is The Refund Refund Policy At Curvy Boss Lady?
Due to the product being an undergarment, we will not allow returns or exchanges to ensure the health of our Curvy Boss Ladies. All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE! Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. No exchanges. Please take care, when ordering.
How do Pre-Orders work at Curvy Boss Lady?
Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor and/or shipping carrier. All Pre-Orders will follow all policies (no cancellation once order is placed and no refunds).
What is the Shipping & Delivery policy at Curvy Boss Lady?
Curvy Boss Lady ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date. Next day shipping is not available. Flat shipping rate applies with the exception of large orders as shipping price will increase due to package size. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. During holidays and major sale events, there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages. Please note, shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE!
