You have to be tenacious when you online shop.  I kept looking at these shoes online for a solid month.  Low and behold….one Seller was selling them for $27.99!!!  Great deal for Steve Madden!!  

I make concious decisions about my purchases.  What am I going to wear with it?  Can I wear for more than one season?  This helps to determine how much I am willing to spend.
